Exciting news! Our upcoming daycare and boarding facility, The Sinclair Downtown Dallas, is set to open soon.

Here’s what you can expect:

  1. 24/7 Supervision: At The Sinclair, a human is always on site, ensuring that our four-legged guests are constantly monitored and well-cared for throughout their stay.
  2. Structured Schedule: Dogs will enjoy structured playtime with their furry friends before dinner and wind-down time before being tucked into bed by our attentive team members.
  3. Overnight Stay: Your dog will have a comfortable overnight stay with us, complete with dinner, playtime, and a cozy bed to rest in. In the morning, they’ll enjoy breakfast and more playtime before you pick them up.
  4. Flexible Check-Out: Check-out time is 11:00 am, but don’t worry if you need a little extra time. Dogs leaving after that time will still enjoy a full day of daycare at the regular rate, ensuring they get plenty of fun and socialization.

Introducing our convenient Pet Taxi Service! Whether you’ve had a late flight or a long day at the office, we’ve got you covered. Let us take care of dropping off your furry family member so you can come home to wagging tails.

Our Pet Taxi Service rates are as follows:

  • Daycare: $34 per day
  • Boarding: $80 per night + $34 for Daycare
  • Pet Taxi Service: $30

Important additional information:

Welcome to our facility! If you’re new to our daycare and boarding services, we want to ensure that your dog feels comfortable and happy in our group setting. That’s why we require all new clients to fill out a  SIGN UP / LOGIN form and bring their dog in for a complimentary half-day meet & greet session.

During this session, your dog will have the opportunity to interact with our staff and meet other dogs in a small social setting. This allows us to assess your dog’s personality and determine if a group daycare setting is the right fit for them.

Please note the following requirements for all dogs staying in our Daycare & Boarding facility:

  1. Spayed or Neutered: All dogs must be spayed or neutered to participate in our daycare and boarding programs.
  2. Up-to-Date Vaccinations: Dogs should be up to date on all vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and bordetella (kennel cough).
  3. Flea and Heartworm Prevention: We require all dogs to be on flea and heartworm prevention medication to ensure the health and safety of all our guests.

Medical records confirming your dog’s vaccinations and preventive treatments will be required prior to their stay. This helps us maintain a healthy and safe environment for all our furry friends.
